Working with our homeowner's insurance became a full time job after a major hail storm. Originally, I tried to handle it on my own and decided I needed expert help. J.R. Claims was able to help us get a fair and complete settlement. They stayed in communication with both the insurance company and us and did not let anything fall through the cracks. In addition to help with coverage to pay for the damages, it was a relief to turn the management of the claim over to Robby Wadley and get back to my day job. I highly recommend J.R. Claims. I am very Pleased and Extremely Satisfied with the service I received. I was going to chalk up my home repairs and take the loss that I thought my Homeowners Insurance should have covered. The moment you speak to Robby you feel he is part of your family. He is very passionate about helping families and genuinely fighting for them. We had a dispute with Allstate for roof replacement claim, which they have been refusing to approve since 2020. We had no clue how to fight back, we even contacted 3 lawyers and no one returned our call. Maybe it was not worth the lawyers’ time because not a lot of money was involved but for our family, a $13,000 was worth fighting for. Within 2 weeks after contacting Robby, Allstate has agreed to replace our roof. Robby came to our house with Allstate adjuster and was watching every single step Allstate agent did. He also took pictures and created his own report about our roof. My family and I are very grateful for the excellent service JR claim consultants provided to us.

Our insurance denied our claim, when it was clear, it should never have been denied. After requesting multiple insurance adjusters and a professional roofer look at the damage, we were encouraged to reach out to Robby. We are so thankful we did. Claims Consultants and its owner, Robby, did an outstanding job in helping me obtain fair treatment post-Hurricane Ida from a balky insurance company that refused to assist me in repairing my home’s damages. Even though I had never filed a homeowner’s claim in 30 years of insuring each of my homes with the same company, they were less than forthcoming in their assessment of storm damage. I highly recommend J.R. Claims. James actually answers and return phone calls and emails. He doesn't leave you wondering what's going on. I'm a single female and have always experienced businesses or contractors trying to take advantage of me (such as my insurance company) I am far from being a pushover, but it was nice to know he had me back! He came through and fought with me and I got my roof replaced. I truly appreciate his dedication, hard work and resilience. He makes me believe there are still good people who really care.
