I had to find a family law attorney in Lake County,Montana over the phone and on the fly as my case was very urgent and I didn’t live in Montana. I made several calls to different law firms in Lake county and talked to few different attorneys. At the end of the day I had to trust my gut instinct and what I have heard from each of them over the phone. Their attitude and composure etc. I made the choice to go with Justin and at the end I couldn’t have made a better choice as Justin did nearly everything perfect. There were couple things that could be pursued a bit more aggressive in the beginning but when I told Justin about it after the fact he agreed with me and actually gave me discount on my invoice without hesitation.

Justin is relentless in pursuing your best interest in the end. He does his homework on the case, but what impresses me the most is his way of going beyond what’s expected of someone representing you especially in a child custody case. He doesn’t just do his work for money. He is truly passionate about what he does and it shows. My case was extremely difficult, very long(nearly 2 years) with months,days,hours and hours of patience and preparation to get to the final outcome and working with Justin helped me alleviate a lot of stress as he kept me informed about our steps along the way. Sure there were moments where I wanted faster communication from him but after all I understood that is not Justin lack of communication rather things in legal process take time. He did communicate well on major things that matter, kept me informed the whole time. His preparation for our final hearing (we had 2) was extremely detailed and organized. At the end and thanks to Justin preparation we got the outcome we asked the court. He helped me tremendously to able to be in my sons life and raise him where other parent tried nearly everything to take him away from me. I’m forever grateful for Justin and Paula who helped prepared everything along the way. Thank you again Justin!
