This firm helped me in a difficult time. They gave me the best advice and kept me updated through the whole process of my divorce. They fully made me feel supported and took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders. Christian was my attorney and she knew exactly what she was doing and got the job done. I was able to have so much confidence in her. This was a challenging and emotional experience but having a good team and attorney by me helped so much. I did not feel like I was walking that divorced journey alone, even while I reached out in between court dates they were responding and answering allllll my questions in a timely manner which I appreciated so much. I would recommend to anyone going through a divorce or custody challenges.

I called Kersh Law Firm and had my one on one immediately with Shane. I asked all my questions and got answers to everything! I was confident with my decision to use them for my divorce. It has been a stressful time and they have been great. Meditation was so easy. Christian made it effortless! We did a prep beforehand and I went into it being very comfortable. The text system works great to communicate with them. They are a solid choice and I wouldn’t pick differently. Highly recommend!

Shane and Christian are amazing! They definitely know what they are doing and really do care about the outcome of your case. Shane is like a walking law book, can quote any law code so you can guarantee he knows what he is talking about. Not only do Shane and Christian sweat blood and tears for you and your family but they have the most amazing office staff to help and be there for you day and night for any concerns or questions. We had a very difficult case that lasted about three years and they became like family to us. I highly recommend Kersh Law Firm! I thank them and appreciate everything they accomplished and did for my family. 😊

Mr. Kersh and Mrs. Landry worked hard for 2 years and got me custody as a father in Harris county. Something pretty rare. They also consistently worked with me to save me money where possible. They are damn good lawyers and I cannot recommend them enough

My Grandson was fighting to get custody of his son so he contacted Kersch Law Firm because they specialize in family law.Shane told him from the first meeting that he was sure he could win his case.Was skeptical because tradionally the Mom's always win.Hired them because of the confidence they had that they could do what was best for my great grandson.
Many hours of paperwork,mediation & Mom getting things postponed they said no more.This is ending with an agreement or going to trial which they assured us they would win.
Finally got the mom's lawyer to get her to agree to terms they were offering her without trial. Very happy with the outcome & feel like they were ready to fight for the best interest of the child.
I might add I had spoken to a previous lawyer whom just automatically said Mom's usually get custody of the kids & seemed uninterested in the case so was happy to find a team that was willing to fight for a Dad.Thank you Kersch Law Firm team
