The auctions have many interesting items and we really enjoy attending them. There are plenty of price points so you can find deals no matter how much you want to spend. We had a table of items to sell and Phil, Eileen and Mark were extremely accommodating and helpful. They walked us thru the process and made great suggestions. The auctioneers are entertaining and the people are very friendly.

Mark is great he's funny respectful and helpful. Phil has an unnecessary attitude *most* of the time. He will embarrass you in front of the whole place instead of pulling you aside and have a conversation. When you are a customer or a consigner you should be treated with respect all the time no matter who you are if it's your first time or you're 100th. Customers are the business.i will add that although Phil has an attitude problem he is a great auctioneer who knows how to keep the crowd bidding. Still a good place to find stuff and I'd say go on Tuesday nights have fun.wish I could a given it 5* but my last encounter spoiled it for me.

Just went to an estate sale and and they had a piece of vintage stereo equipment with a tag on it saying "$1200 OBO". So I offered $1,000. Pretty reasonable! He tells me he also has it listed on FB Marketplace and has other offers, so he can't sell it to me....unless I want to pay the ticket price of $1200. So I immediately agree. Okay! $1,200! Then another customer comes downstairs and says he wants the same piece of equipment and that he was there first. Which he was! Fair is fair. So I said go ahead. It's yours. Then the Estate Sale guy tries to get us into a bidding war. Which is against estate sale etiquette (it's not an auction!) and totally unethical, since the other gentleman was in line before me. I just left and let the other guy have it for $1200. This estate sale company are total greedy sheisters. I'll never go to one of their sales again.

Update: All of your potential customers can see the disrespectful and rude reply you left to my legitimate review. Completely verifying everything that I said about you. AND I chose not to engage in a bidding war with a customer who was in line in front of me, despite your prompting me to do so. And don’t worry, I won’t miss being at your estate sales. I have PLENTY of money and will gladly spend it with businesses who are ethical and not classless…..like yourself. Peace out, loser!!!!!

Prior to placing a bid on an auction item, I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole at Keystone Associates. What a kind, thoughtful, and pleasant person! She was very helpful in answering all my questions about the item of interest, and she explained how the auction process worked.

When it came to having the item shipped, she went above and beyond what I had hoped, finding a box and bubble wrap in which to place the items, and saving me $15!

Nicole and her winning personality will ensure that I continue following Keystone Associates, and I won't ever hesitate to bid on an item for fear that it is not as described or that I won't be able to get in touch with the auction staff.

Highest accolades to Nicole and to Keystone for recognizing in her a level of professionalism and integrity that far surpasses the customer's expectations.

I just called this business for a house clearout and was extremely put off by the disinterest and rudeness of the person who took my call. I asked if they serviced my town (1/2 hour away) and was told "it depends". Very disorganized and distracted so as not to understand my request. She then became confrontational. Really?
