Our company recently used Kenetic Restoration for a water loss that occurred at the beginning of the year. We had three pipes burst in the early hours of the morning, we were in a panic until we made the call to Kenetic. They answered right away with a calm interaction that brought my stress levels down from the critical point. They were over at our building within 15 minutes (probably less, we are very close to their location) with a crew ready to work at 6AM. This also happened one week from the start of our Annual International Sales Meeting which could not be rescheduled. Dan and Josh (most amazing owners) worked with contractors to assure that we not only got the water removed properly but so that we could be back up and running within a short period of time. I am so glad we called Kenetic. They were there from beginning to end and always made sure to communicate every piece to me. There is no one I would trust more with my company when it comes to helping you recover from one of the worst possible scenarios.

Hired Kinetic to repair hail damage on our rental property after a big storm. Chris came out and met with the insurance adjuster to walk the roof. Chris was able to point out areas of damage that the adjuster glossed over. Without Chris' tenacity, they probably wold have denied the claim.
We are so happy that we chose Kinetic Restoration to fix the roof. We were updated throughout the process. and the end result is beautiful.

I live in Aurora area. I needed work done for water damage in my kitchen and basement and the project manager was good with communication. But most of the workers were incompetent. Work had to be redone multiple times by different people. They only had one good worker that had to come and redo some of the work done

The WORST ever! I'm in a commercial suite in Colorado Springs, and my landlord chose them, not me. He and I both are at our wits end with this. All parties had agreed more than a MONTH before we were supposed to move back in, what that move-in date was. Kinetic BEGAN working on our suite, ON move-in day. They were dropping ceiling tiles and gluing cove-base, and my movers were tripping all over them. The place was FILTHY! Then, AFTER move-in, we found out that they didn't clean ABOVE the drop-ceiling yet. So, now we've got to be closed on Fridays, and they're sending one or two guys down here, at a time. It's going to take 6 months, at this rate. They keep saying they'll send a bigger crew, to get the job finished up, but it isn't happening. Meanwhile, they're leaving messes all over our place, and we're trying to run a business here. We have to clean up AFTER THEM, on a weekly basis. I had thought that the big idea is that they would clean up after themselves!!! This is a disaster!!! If you haven't yet made the mistake of hiring Kinetic... DON'T!!!! I hired Servpro to do my business personal property, and they were amazing, SO professional!!! They were the best!

My husband and I worked with the Kinetic team on a large restoration project for our 1950's dated home. Scope included updating electrical, replacing fireplaces, creating mantles, designing and creating a large built-in, refinishing and replacing hardwood floors, gutting and refinishing the basement, paint throughout the interior and exterior, new moldings, doors, bathrooms, etc. Their communication was top notch and when things didn't go as planned they made it right and perfect. Example, they tiled our entire fireplace with large marble tile and it was laid incorrectly and after a few attempts to correct the finish, they ended up replacing the entire facade to get the intended look. We met weekly to go over progress, communicated via email and text, and never was there a moment when the team wasn't in the loop together. Dan also helped out when a few other unintended issues came up - quickly mobilizing plumbers and electricians within hours of us asking. They also put up with our dogs and my mother-in-law, which says a lot.

We are perfectionists and we met our match with the Kinetic team.

Pros - educated and seasoned restoration/renovation team, attention to detail, great communication, very friendly & professional
Cons - wish they had a designer as part of their team to help facilitate the in-between aesthetic and construction questions and decisions
