Stanley has been practicing for almost 50 years. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to landlord/tenant issues as well as real estate law. He’s very busy and hardworking, and will even go out of his way to contact during non working hours which proves his dedication and assurance. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to by another lawyer. I literally got off the phone for the first time with him to briefly explain my case. He cut me off several times, was extremely rude, only discussed money, and how he would automatically need $5,000 for a retainer fee alone. I was told to "cut to the chase" and I said it's hard to cut to the chase for something as in depth as my case is concerning $70,000 in damages, and another $5,000 for solar panel debt. He asked not 1 question about what the summons were even about. He literally only cared about how much money I was asking back and how much this or how much that. Give me a break. I wouldn't work with him if I got paid too. He started the phone call off, bragging about how long he had been doing this I cant believe he has a potential case to make him a ton of money and he is as rude as he was.

Stanley loves to tell you how great he is until you want to throw up. Unfortunately, he doesn't back it up. He doesn't actually accomplish ANYTHING. What a total joke and a waste of your money. Run away!

Hands down the worst eviction lawyer.i paid him 2880 dollars for a simple eviction.after 2 years it still wasn't settled.he had every excuse under the sun.

Probably the worst law office I've seen! He can only handle one question at a time and it takes him a week to call back.. The paralegal is dressed like she is at a cook out. Doesn't even look business or professional! When I asked Mariisa to justify how she calculated interest she couldn't provide me with this info!!
