DO NOT waste your time or money using any incompetent lawyer from this firm. Lawyers Jude and Elena are not good lawyers to work with. Completely unprofessional and not put together at all. I used to have a 5 star review on here now I have reduced it to 1 star due to their lack of professionalism. If you have one basic traffic violation they might be able to help you. If you have anything more complicated go elsewhere. They refuse to pick up cases and always have a bad attitude. This place has left a bad taste in my mouth and I advise others to stay away. All the other 4/5 star reviews here are for basic traffic violations only. Laughable that they consider themselves real lawyers but refuse to pick up certain cases and talk about potential clients in an ugly manner.

Kurtz & Peckham (Jude) was professional and did a fantastic job representing me for a traffic infraction. This year has been incredibly challenging and disruptive resulting in my court date being moved 4+ times. They did a great job keeping me informed about what to expect and navigating the court system.

I paid 800$ to deal with a traffic case 5 months ago. In the beginning my lawyer did a great job. After not much correspondence I was informed everything was in order. The court now had my insurance info all I needed to do was pay my fine. I payed the fine and was under the impression everything was over ,atleast that is what I thought. Then months later I got another email from your law firm pretty much telling me that I need to pay money in restitution for this traffic case ,and that the lawyer needed to talk to me. This is where I got somewhat dissatisfied with my experience. I spoke with the lawyer, and they informed me they didn't know what happened ,but the court didn't have my insurance info. Now let's jump back to where I already paid 800$ for your law firm to deal with this case. Now the lawyer tells me yes they will go deal with it for MORE MONEY. I told them I would not be paying any more money to them (especially not to deal with something I already paid you to deal with). If you sold me a burger and didn't put a bun on it I'd expect you to fix my burger without cost. Now I am out +1600$ because I dont live in Colorado and it was less stressful for me after my case was fumbled to pay another 800$ for restitution. Even though your law firm had me under the impression the courts had my insurance information and everything was worked out. So if you catch my drift either I was going to give you guys the same amount as the restitution to deal with something you should have already dealt with or drive to CO or just pay the restitution to be done with it. I chose the latter. 1 star E for effort.
