Our Child support Rep Has been great! Rosio would respond anytime I texted and she called and got the phone number and address for my wife and informed me that she had to pay even if she does not report any income. I was surprised and received a check in the mail.

Child Support Service is horrible to deal with. They are very rude and judgmental. They do not speak/treat you with respect nor care to. On numerous occasions I requested action on their part and they blatantly disregarded. They attach wages per state law but they do not do their jobs in a timely manor when circumstances change per court orders. I suggest you talk with an attorney and know your rights, and keep meticulous records of the money in and out. Good luck

I called them to get some information for a loved one and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like is their turn around time to receive faxes is 2 days, so I couldn't get my business done that day

Utanna Owen is very unprofessional her tone and manner that she speaks to individuals is appalling. She is perusing a case that Lake County has ZERO jurisdiction over and as a matter of fact I have knowledge and documentation that DSS is not giving state assistance to my ex husband for our daughter because I have sole legal and physical custody of her. Utanna is nothing but a bully, judge mental and condescending. Utanna thinks she can treat active responsible parents with threats from the Child Support office. Whomever is Utanna’s boss really needs to look into this woman’s actions. Utanna feels she has been given some kind of divine power by being employed in this office and that she can RUIN people’s lives financially and not go by the letter of the law especially when the law is NOT in Lake County’s jurisdiction.

This agency is fraudulent! Not only did they pursue me for Child Support, but they are not giving the children they represent any money. They entrapped you with welfare affiliated programs, via court order, so they can continue garnishment.

I'm a male Parent who has custody of my children and did not resive my stimulus money from the other parent so I contacted css and was treated rudly told nothing but "they don't make the laws".I ask for a supervisor and was hung up on.I call back and agin got nothing but the run around no answer to my questions.i was treated as if I had run off and left my kids with no support because I'm a male ,but I'm the one who raised my girls and payed by my self for everything no help at all from the other parent who was partying.finaly I got to talk to a supervisor mikka who was very helpful.thank you mikka.and come on people we are all human isthere no more humidity or decency.I have a saying "if you are not helping then your hurting".mikka 5 stars.

They took my license and won't give it back but threaten to throw me in jail if I don't get a job with no license. Also it was the state that took my kids so why do I got to pay for something that the state did
