When I needed help finding a place, these ladies and gentleman went above and beyond to help me. Everything is organized and laid out for complete transparency. I enjoy the amazing communication and paying rent is so easy. They really did something extremely amazing for me and I am extremely grateful.

I would never rent from this property management again. I was never late on rent paid full deposit and paid a large cat fee that was non refundable. When we moved in there was normal wear and tear and no cockroaches. However our upstairs neighbor did, so all 4 apartments got sprayed and low and behold, cockroaches. All occupants complained several times. In the year we were there we had a guy come out 1 time after the initial spray and he only sprayed outside. They wouldnt allow us to hire someone else and take it off our rent. The laundry machines were always broken and they pretended they knew nothing about it even though I have text messages. The upstairs neighbors had kids who flushed toys down the toilet and caused our ceiling to cave in. Noone came out for 2 weeks. I also have pictures and text messages. I kept almost all my receipts and paperwork. When we left we paid for carpet cleaning and had to get rid of all our electronics and wood book cases and such because we didn't want to take cockroaches to our new home. The owner Lynne Moule call and told us after their walk through everything was okay and would refund our deposit in full, but sent me a bill in the mail for more than our deposit with details for each cost. I set a meeting and brought all our paperwork and receipts to have the total dropped by over $600 leaving us with a little over $100 unaccounted for. Is that crooked or what?! I told them I knew one of their ladies had pocketed the money and only coincidentally that same lady was fired.. and we still haven't received any of our deposit. I told them they could sue because I had enough proof of their scams and the apartment was not livable with the cockroach infestation. Our neighbors had their own horrendous stories and let's just make it known none of them live there any longer. This place made me realize property management's are usually shady and I would much prefer to rent from an owner directly.
