Heather was assigned as guardian ad litem for our custody case. I've never been so shocked at the depravity of a person who submits themselves into the public eye as a professional. Miss Landon handled our case with bias. She omitted information which should have been submitted to the court. She protected a party from possible felony criminal charges. Her job suggests she is to investigate but she contacted none of the collaterals I submitted leaving the parties feeling obligated to submit a simple email related to their experiences with the parties involved. Then during an emergency motion she filed she lied to the Judge. Don't trust this person with your fate. There is much more about this party which I will not related here but be advised pay special attention to the behaviors of everyone else involved in your case if Heather's involved. Question anything that seems odd or unfair.

Heather was appointed as the case manager in our protracted child custody case. During her appointment, she relied on her own extensive experience as well as input from a co-parent counselor, a child therapist, and our child's doctor to navigate the thorny issues and help us come to a resolution that we hope will benefit our child's development and well-being. She was fair, balanced and impartial while making her well-intentioned decisions with our child's best interests in mind. I would recommend Heather to anyone who needs a case manager or GAL.

Heather was COURT APPOINTED recently as a case manager for these ladies child custody arrangements.

COURT APPOINTED means SELECTED by the courts. (Hint: bc they're good)

Heather has recently moved away from representing family law matters. (promotion) If you notice, all of these reviews are recent. Prior to her new COURT APPOINTED position, she earned nothing but positive feedback! Everyone knows and loves Heather, she's a great person!

How do I know this? Heather was my attorney for something like 3 years and represented me in trial and a trial we won!

To all you RUDE ladies, I just want you to know, SHE DOESN'T CARE AND YOU'RE NOT HURTING HER! If you only knew how much she really doesn't care about the attacks... but sincerely cares to serve her appointed position. And just knowing her, she's doing it very well. Those 1 star reviews I know justice was served and you were the one who was in the wrong...

I know that if you're upset with Heather for something she did to you, it's because of something you did that you deserved what you got from her! Stop being crazy and doing things like trying to slander her! - lol

I would not recommend Heather for a GAL! She isn’t for the child at all! I have been in a situation with her I have noticed she favors the father and everything his party says and always against the mom even when the mom is correct in all ways. This is Even with all the proof the mom would have against dad that would show proof of Everything that he has done wrong. Heather still gave the child to father mind you this little one was young 7 and very terrified of being hurt by the father so they lied to want to be with father even though they wanted to truly be with mom. Heather turned her head and left the child with father.
