My name is Ellen Creegan. I’m so grateful to Terence Ricaforte and his team. When my husband Hugh was injured and needed to be cared for in a nursing home I didn’t know where to begin. Right from my first consultation with Terence he took a lot of time to listen and understood what our needs would be. He was so kind and knowledgeable that I knew I would be in good hands. He came to the nursing home with Katherine Baiardi with all the necessary papers he prepared that we would need for planning our estate, etc. and they treated my husband and I with compassion. Then he and Melissa Trinos were so empathetic and knowledgeable that they prepared and lead me through the entire complicated medicaid application and, thankfully, we were approved. They always took my calls and answered my emails promptly whenever questions arose and that was quite often. I must say that during a very difficult time in our lives they were always there to help me through and put my mind at ease, which was…priceless.

As an old retired lawyer wanting to ensure that my financial and legal estate planning affairs were in order, I took advantage of the generous free consultation offered by Terence Ricaforte. He immediately understood the legal, financial, and personal issues and gave me spot on advice. I found him to be the very model of what I was looking for. In fact, I was so impressed I was almost disappointed when he assured me my plan and documents were all fine and needed no immediate change. I cannot say enough about the Landskind and Ricaforte Law group! I use the word group, but they are so much more than that. They are a team that works together flawlessly to Manage legal issues, solve problems, anticipate needs, protect wealth and more. Through their hard work and expertise they managed to alleviate any fears/concerns with regards to all aspects of financial planning for all age groups. We started using Terence Ricaforte for my elderly mom‘s financial plans and we have been using all facets of the firm ever since. I have recommended other family members with complicated issues, for one, my aunt, whose daughter passed without a will, and the team has worked tirelessly to assist in the process of managing her assets which was a great comfort to my aunt who lost her daughter. Renate Landskin and her team were such a pleasure to work with on all accounts. Legal matters can feel overwhelming and confusing, but her clear, concise approach and explanations put me at ease immediately and this confidence carried throughout the entire process. She was extremely thorough and took the time to understand all of the specifics and how they may play a part in the big picture. Even when I thought perhaps some of the details were not necessary.
