Let me start with the positive side. Mr. Baksh is a very knowledgeable and smart lawyer. Liked his attitude and way of handling cases with confidence.

However, it is very difficult to reach him once you are under contract. The responses from the office was horrible. Had to bug them again and again for response. My understanding is they take more than what they can handle and that is why things are slow in this office. Had terrible experience during the closing of my house. Will probably use different law office in the future!
