I had an offer in on a property. We didn't end up getting the property due to the inspection coming back bad. We were supposed to get the earnest money back from this law office and it's been a month now I've let them know that they haven't returned it. I'm going to keep following up with them, but it's disappointing that they didn't return the earnest money like they're supposed to.

Update: having more issues with them, it's all give and no take with them lowering to one star.

Very frustrated and extremely disappointed with the service I've received. I am the seller, who decided to close remotely from the state I relocated to. I was directed to print, notarize, sign and mail original for closing, all of which I did in a timely manner. All of this took place in October, to date(Dec 11th), I have not received a copy of any final documentation. No one has called or even emailed me to explain what happened. In total disbelief I called yesterday (Dec 10th) and was told by next Monday we hope to have this resolved once they find my file.......Almost 60 days since closing?
