My mother in law was going through a very difficult time... at age 85 she was faced with having to file for a Dissolution of Marriage. Married in California, living in Arizona nearly 18 years we were unsure of so much as the laws were different.

We contacted the Law Office of Daniel Hutto, and scheduled a phone consultation within a day or two. We spoke with attorney Daniel Carbone who was very kind and helped walk us through all that Mom would need and how the process would go in terms she could easily understand and didn't make her more anxious about the situation then she already was. We discussed the different fee's and opted to utilize their para-legal team that Mr Carbone advocated for.

We had the pleasure of working with Nitasha Miller, a super compassionate, caring and understanding individual. She was patient and kind, understood what we needed and guided us through every part of the process. There were detailed questionnaires to complete and when we were not sure about what they meant we made a short list, and had a short phone call and we were done! She was expeditious which saved us money during a challenging time and got it right the first time! She was very attentive, responding to calls and emails right away that I almost felt like we were her only client and I knew that was not the case. She was so detail oriented and a huge pleasure to work with.

Our case was settled within the 90 days they anticipated and they sent a report and balance sheet each month of our escrow account. Within 30 days of our case settling, Mom was sent the balance of her escrow account.
