Unresponsive to existing customer. After many multiple attempts over four months to obtain information and updates regarding my existing family trust that was executed by this firm, there was no response. It is clear they have no interest in doing further business with us. What a shame, as existing customers should expect at least a response of some kind, especially since I thought we had developed an authentic rapport over the last four years.

If there had been some kind of response that they do not have the capacity, desire, or interest in doing business, or that the attorney is moving toward retirement, we would have been thankful and moved on. Instead, nearly all of my emails went unanswered and I received a couple of promises over the phone -- all at my persistence — but never any action. I believe one is only as good as their word, and in their case, words are hollow. So unprofessional.

I spoke to Sanders in Diane's office and he took all my information and brought it to Diane. Although they were not able to help me with my particular situation they were able to refer me to someone that was. The were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend.
