Do not use this firm. My ex and I paid a retainer to complete and file all required paperwork and steps for our uncontested divorce. The original round of paperwork was filed, but it was completed incorrectly. No further paperwork beyond the initial filing was ever completed and logged with the court system. Despite numerous follow ups from both my ex and I with Gopal we never received any communications or responses. Furthermore, when we went directly to the courts to try and complete on our own through the Santa Clara Legal Assistance program, we were informed that because Gopal was listed as the attorney of record on the case, we would not be allowed to use the legal assistance program. This prompted multiple more rounds of reaching out without success in order to get Gopal to file that he was not representing either party. Overall this created a mess that delayed our divorce, headaches and additional paperwork for us, and not getting any value for the retainer fee.

Worst Lawyer, Never appear for your case in person. Take hefty fee in advance and then just do whatever other side of Attorney ask. He just promise you, then once you give advance fee, he will be no where. A cheat person.........

He is Lier not lawyer.......Gopal will add a reply in every comment that reviewer was not his client. He will just take your money and do nothing.. Never hire hmm your attorney!
