Once upon a time, I engaged “Bubba” James Green to represent me. I was very disappointed until over time I came to the realization that attorneys are the lowest level of the legal food chain, locally and nationally.
The U.S. legal system is anchored in The Law of The Sea (Maritime) with the privilege of practicing law accorded by the BAR Association (The British Accreditation Registery). The entire system in all subsets of practice is corrupted (Attorneys, Judges, Legislators, Etc.).
Many are blackmailed at the municipal, county, district, state, federal, etc. level). In my opinion, at no level is the law about justice.
I believe that James V. Green did the best he could do to represent me. Was the outcome just? NO…. However, I have come to realize that he was running against CAT 5 hurricane winds.
