Would not listen to anything I had to say. Told me the deal she was offering me would never get any better. I ended up getting rid of her and got 4 years knocked off of the sentence who was also an alternative defense counsel.

I am rather shocked to see these negative reviews, as all I have ever seen from Kathy Goudy is a commitment to effectively representing her clients. She is extremely compassionate and understands the difficulties her clients go through. She is very bright and knows criminal law inside and out. Because of her knowledge and experience, she knows how to work within the system to get the best results for her clients. She also has access to resources and services for her clients and goes the extra step of trying to help them get the help they need. Highly recommend her!
