First time I called him he immediately picked up and discussed my situation and the specifics involved. Besides asking the details, he is immediately real with you about probable/potential outcome(s) and starts working at easing your uncertainties. He knows the ins and outs and will consult with colleagues for clarity if it involves anything somewhat outside of his typical scope of criminal defense. Mr fisher literally even discussed ways for me to possibly obtain free representation in the particulars where he found his representation could be an unnecessary incurred expense. *Update* we were set for trial but DA dropped the unsubstantiated and false accusatory charges prior to trial date. But like he told me, “there’s nothing wrong with winning by a technical knockout.” LOL.

Bottomline: I’d confidently recommend him despite us ultimately not having to go to trial. I have only heard praise about him from two of his other clients I know.

My case was a bogus stop by NY state trooper which stated that I had left my lane and crossed over the dashed lines without signaling when in fact I stood in my lane straight as an arrow, the police failed to bring about the video evidence of this stop in the court filings. Mr Fisher, during covid and while I was in crutches with a broken fibula was able to get this case dismissed with a $200 court fee after the judge ruled. I thank Mr. Fisher for his communication, his sharpness and his professionalism on this case. I recommend him a million times if you have the money to get a top notch lawyer!
