So many of us out here with no voice! Finding answers, sharing experiences online. Boiling down to needing financial assistance for the many, many specialists, medications, fresh foods(expensive), copayments, transportation because we no longer can pretend to be ok, our bodies are showing it on paper medically but IT STILL WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Mark and the incredible staff assured me to take care of my health and they will take care of this case. Meaning: go to the specialists, take my medicine regularly, eat right. Just let them worry about this now. I was denied twice and was giving up until I spoke to Kesia. She assured me that this is in good hands and Mark would get back to me soon. He did. The disability process was a nightmare as it moves at a snail’s pace but Mr. Keller provided a break in the clouds. Every step of the way he was there, along with his administrative staff, to keep me informed and sane, working diligently to provide me with the best representation possible.

If not for Mark I would not have stood a chance against the constant obstacles the administration threw in front of me for the entirety of the process.
