Mr. Larkin was representing me in a hit and run. After our first session we did not hear back from him till about a month, only because he need some paperwork.
More weeks go by and don’t hear back from him. When I go to my doctors office for treatment from the hit it’s not until then that I find out FROM MY DOCTOR that he dropped my case.
He did not give me any notice or contact me in anyway, I had to find out from my doctors office and I had to call him. I asked him why he dropped my case all he said was “I don’t have a good feeling about the case” then I asked him what about the medical bills you said would be covered and his EXACT words were “well I was wrong and I hope you find someone else to represent you”
Save yourself the time and go else where.
