From start to finish everyone made the process very easy and smooth. Going into this we were a little scared and not sure what to expect, but Michael really put our minds at ease and let us know everything that was going to happen ahead of time. At our consultation he really implemented that this was not a bad thing or something to be ashamed of, that we all have to seek out help sometimes and that this option was there for a reason,and that he would help us with everything.
