Tara and her office made a really hard situation dealing with the loss of our mom and the subsequent dealings with her boyfriend palatable. Their office was very helpful in all aspects of the Estate dealings, probate process, and asset distribution. I would highly recommend Tara and her team for any of your Estate planning and probate needs. She personally gets involved to make sure the process goes smoothly and what more can you ask from an attorney in this line of work. Tara was referred to me by a family member. I was in unfamiliar territory having a difficult time with my elderly parents and she was easily able to navigate every obstacle that was in my way. Best money I ever spent..fast forward My dear mother passed away recently and everything was in order and I was comfortably able to take care of my father without his assets being taken away..very classy lady. Would recommend her to anybody!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara Scully. She worked with my family for years to protect my grandparents assets, help us navigate Medicaid for nursing care, create a sensible estate plan and health care plan and ultimately assisted with questions on both estates. Tara is easygoing and extremely intelligent. Her prices are fair and she is not the type that tells you one price then your in shock in the end. She knows every legal person Ie Judges and other attorneys on her footprint. I highly recommend Tarra and I will use her as my attorney for all items that she specializes in. Oh I can’t leave out her staff they are also top notch . She has some very savvy paralegals on her team. Which makes them a well rounded legal machine .
