If you’re looking for a lawyer that isn’t going to be just your attorney but also a part of your family/friend, look no further. I’ve known Alfred for years and I met him through my career. Never in a million years did I expect or anticipate ever personally needing his services, until a family member of mine found himself battling addiction. My family member through substance charges and and substance abuse charges alone was facing 126 years. He spent roughly 18 months in rehab at his own decision and was being offered 30yrs with 10 suspended, serve time on 20 at 90% while being represented by the public defender. When the public defender laughed at him and told him that would be the best offer he would ever get. He hired a different private lawyer and that lawyer never even communicated with the prosecutor about him and was going to counter offer to a plea of 20, suspend 5, serve 15 at 90%. I personally caught that lawyer lying and we fired him and hired Alfred. Alfred immediately contacted the prosecutor and updated her about my family member, she had no idea that he had been in treatment or anything, she thought he was still in jail. Alfred pushed the case out as far as he could to give my family member a fighting chance in treatment and continued to communicate with the prosecutor. Today, he signed on 20, 14 suspended with 6 to serve in RPF aka CCP. Again, he was facing 126 years had he gone to trial. Alfred is a fighter and we will forever be grateful for him. While my family member is serving sometime, it could have been much much worse, so either way this is a win and it wouldn’t have happened without Alfred. You won’t regret hiring Mr. Alfred and he will definitely go above and beyond for you when you’re putting the work in to right your wrongs and turn a new leaf. You won’t regret hiring him. ?
