I would not recommend Mr. Smith or his staff to anyone. I was treated with much disrespect, unprofessionalism and malice as if I was wasting his time and energy.
I feel he does not have a caring bone in his body and has a very low opinion of women and of a client who did not meet his expectations of a worthwhile client.
His staff hardly returned phone calls or emails. My experience with him was a farce and I would not wish his attitude on anyone.

Rian has worked with me for a long time. I’ve recommended him to at least a few friends over the years. He does wonderful work at a very reasonable price. I’m starting to understand that responsiveness is tricky across the board and in all professions. I hope we’ll work together more in future and I’ll continue to refer friends to Rian regardless. The other thing that’s unfortunate is that I’ve been a bit of a “Karen” (hate that term, poor Karens) with Rian as a result so here’s hoping we can repair the relationship.
