Octavio was amazing. He was very good at calling back and always let us know exactly what was going on with my husband’s re-sentencing. With Octavio’s persistence and knowledge of new case laws my husband was able to get an immediate release. I would recommend Octavio to anyone looking to free their loved one. My husband always felt being in the loop at all times was important; this was a standard Octavio as an attorney also felt was important. Mt husband never felt he was neglected as a client and his needs were always being met. Octavio kept realistic timelines and never got my husband’s hopes up on court dates that would just be put over.
