One of the hardest things a family can go through is the dreaded bankruptcy. When we bought our home we took two loans from Wells Fargo, one fixed the other adjustable, our intentions were to refinance the second once we had some equity so that we had a more stable housing cost. Then the housing bubble happened and our house dropped below half its value. Wells Fargo would have love to take our home away from us.

Luckily for us, we had Brian A. Barboza. I can not tell you how easy Brian made the bankruptcy go. He was super easy to talk to and lots of fun to work with. Brian was able to answer every concern and question I had about the process and made my family feel super comfortable. Wells Fargo tried to pull a fast one towards the end of the process and Brian had made sure he filed all of the papers so that the judge came down on our side.
