Receptionist is not helpful. Didn't even hear my inquiry and she immediately tells me that she can't assist me with a case I don't even know if it's under consumer protection or something else. She could've hear me out first and advise if it's something the law firm could handle.

Edit: my original post was over 2 years ago. Still waiting on a productive outcome. Mr. Montalvo himself called me last week to tell me he was dropping my case and concentrating on criminal law. I paid a flat fee for the judgment, 2 years ago, was not cheap either. So now I have a piece of paper saying I won money but no enforcement of the judgment was ever made. I hired for the original job of suing for a judgment so I'm going with two stars instead of one. I mean really, two plus years for an unresolved judgment, that I won, with no enforcement! Nope. Not feeling very good about the law firm, 2 years after my original review below.

2 ÷ years ago:

My case is still ongoing. I have been impressed with the commitment to the client Mr. Montalvo has shown. He has been proactive, not reactive. He moves forward at a speed only slowed by the legal system. It's truly refreshing to have an attorney who gets the case filed and moving every step of the way. His team is incredible as well. The paralegals' response to any question or request is almost immediate and always accurate and fact-based. I couldn't ask for more, no matter what the outcome of my case, I know I have had a great attorney representing me, Cesar.
