I called to get a consultation but since I don’t take medications and because I’m 35 I don’t qualify. Such lies when my brother and dad both got approved at the same age or younger. I have ptsd and several other illnesses that make it hard to work but according to them I don’t qualify.

My family and I were displaced and unfortunately I had lost contact with my attorney for a time. Right before my Social Security hearing was near, I was able to get back to San Antonio and back on my feet only to find out that my attorney had dropped me. I'm sure that this happens, if for any reason you lose communication and you are not able to reach out, what else can your lawyer do but release you? So, that I understand. However, what I did not expect was a letter from the attorney to the Social Security Administration not just saying that they are no longer representing me but the letter was more on the lines of sabotage of my case. They spoke of me angrily and spoke as though I had no respect for the legal process pertaining to Social Security in particular, something you DO NOT want the presiding judge over your case to think of you. I had to have my review without counsel and I was DENIED, possibly because of not having proper counsel but I'm also sure that their vindictive letter did not help. It was very unprofessional of them to do this, it was extremely petty, and I DID NOT expect that; especially considering that I have only met with them twice before and they didn't know anything about my character to write such a letter. Plus, they had no idea what my family and I had gone through that caused the miscommunication, in the first place. It was as if they had taken my hardships as a personal attack, so they definitely and without hesitation retaliated with the "power of the pen". We all want a "shark" of a lawyer but we just don't want or expect them to turn around and bite us! Be careful or better yet DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE because life happens to all of us and you don't want these people to treat you as poorly as they've treated me. I've uploaded that letter online as well. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE!!!!

I'm a perfectionist and have no complaints about the handling of my case. They were on top of everything. Of course I did my part to keep them as informed as I could of all my Dr Visits and Treatments. I had to appeal as most people unless terminally ill get initially denied. I had learned these from other friend's relatives, so I knew what to expect and was patient, and did all I could as advised by both attorney and friends.

So very disappointed, especially since I knew Ed and Lisa in the USAF and expected so much more. Staff was incredibly rude, would never return phone calls, lost our son's medical records, my husband had to cancel his case because they were so bad. We asked to see Ed and were told he was unavailable, but saw him walking down hall (from an inner office) We moved to Packard Law Firm and highly recommend.

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever encountered. I've been denied 3x, due to the incompetence of this Law Firm. After not contacting me for 6 months, I had to call them every day to remind them I was alive. On the day I did finally speak to someone, (not sure who she even was), I asked her if my Medical Records had been sent to their office yet and she said the request had been submitted, but there had been NO response; these records contained crucial information about my medical history and would have won my case. Ironically, after no change in my status with Social Security for 6mos, my status changed to "Denied", the SAME DAY as I called and asked about the records. This let me know they submitted my information without even having the much needed
information to win the case. I also let the office know that I would personally come in and bring them the records they claimed they had not received, and/or give them access to the Hospital Records Website; I was told it would not be necessary. If you are someone in SERIOUS need of Social Security Benefits and struggling to get medical help AND somewhat of your life back , DO NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THESE PEOPLE.

It does not deserve one star at all .Just a sad bunch. They never call you about anything. They missed deadlines never contacted me about case I was always calling them for info about my case. Alberto a so called unprofessional rude attorney seemed he was gleaming when he called to tell me that the judge didn’t have enough evidence. Not one call came thru from that firm. Do not waste your time on them. Don’t let them make a dime off you. Thank you Alberto for hanging up on a client when I told you don’t hang up on me. The reason he hung up on me was because I was pointing out how unprofessional his team was that they couldn’t pick up the phone before this phone call. Way to go Alberto to make your firm look like worthless bunch of people that are money hungry from the government.
