Without going into any personal details...I will tell you that family lawyers in Hayward will treat you like anything but family.

I had a really hard time finding a lawyer that was qualified, responsive, and wouldn't take me to the cleaners. Long story short...I was lucky enough to meet and hire Ernest Anderson. He handled a somewhat complicated matter in a very efficient, and drama-free manner...I think I should also mention that he's NICE. He worked with me on a very reasonable flat-fee basis, which is practically unheard of in family law. I highly recommend him for your family law and general litigation needs (I think his specialties are family law and probate, will and trust and many more).

I know Ernest from 10 years ago. He was my attorney for and went to court for a probate job. He explained all the processes before we agree to continue. He delivered the job earlier than my expectation and the time he promised at first.

Overall I can tell you that if you are looking for a good price attorney because of your budget the hourly rate was actually less than I had expected. Everything was timely and free of errors. He is professional and understanding of the overwhelming nature of the situation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I came to Mr. Andersons office back in August 2014 to get full custody of my child. for the last two months my child's father has been sitting in jail. Perfect time to get his served with papers. well I have been calling for two months to get the him served. so i can get full custody, and I have gotten no return call from Mr. Anderson or anyone in his office. I have called almost every day and left messages with a lady as well as the answering machine. And nothing from them. Horrible service!!! to this day I still have nothing to show for the money I spent!!!
