I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this law office. I was involved in a rear-end collision in 2019, and to this day, my case remains unresolved. The lack of progress is frustrating, and the experience has been far from professional.

The staff, unfortunately, has been incredibly unresponsive and discourteous. Once they took on my case, communication ceased almost entirely. Attempts to get updates have been met with unhelpful responses, or no response at all.

Additionally, the front desk staff, in particular, has been unprofessional. On multiple occasions, my calls were abruptly ended, and when I asked questions, they were either unable or unwilling to provide answers in a respectful manner.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable legal representation, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.
