Jill is the most unprofessional attorney I’ve ever dealt with. She had personally offered to help me with my case recently so we met together at the court house, even tho she was two hours late i still gave her the benefit of the doubt. We went over the case and I handed her all my paperwork along with payment for her services. Two weeks had gone by without hearing anything back from Jill. Finally she responded on week 3 that everything was filed with the court and the Marshall. 3 weeks go by and again there was no correspondence whatsoever and she did not respond to any texts or phone calls but she definitely has time to comment on random posts on Facebook 🥴. Nothing was filed and nothing was done so I put a stop to the check and found a reliable attorney that did their job. Stay as far away as possible from this firm!

I hired Jill for my divorce. The divorce was finalized two years ago, but unfortunately we go back to court from time to time over contempt issues. Jill is always there for me, and has always handled my case in a professional manner.

My father had made an appointment with Jill to review his legal documents and inquire about other business, but she never showed up. The appointment was made just a few days prior and she assured him of it over the phone. We waited 30 minutes since I allotted this period of time out of my busy day to help my father and we wanted to cut her some slack if she was running late. We had called her office number and left a message with callback information, but never got a follow-up.

The office is also located in a building without any outside signage. We only found out where it was thanks to a stranger who had keys to the building. He knocked on the glass of the office and confirmed no one was there.

This in its entirety was completely unprofessional and absolutely a waste of time. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere and avoid this law office.

EDIT: Thank you for responding. I have personally and thoroughly checked his phone and can confirm that he did not receive a phone call or voicemail from the office. The call to reschedule was likely made to the wrong phone number. I would also like to add that we had left a voicemail for the office that morning as we were lost and had called to see if we could be directed to the right place. We never received a call back, not even a call a few days later explaining the mix-up with scheduling, hence me leaving this review now. This opportunity for a call back would have clarified the initial issue and we would have most likely rescheduled then. We also sincerely found it difficult to see clear signage for the office, otherwise we wouldn’t have needed to ask strangers where it was located. I kindly recommend uploading a picture to your Google page to help any future clients who may also have trouble finding the office. Thank you for your time.

I orginally was going to hire Jill for landlord harrassment, where I, the tenant was being harassed for nonsensical reasons, religious discrimination. Jill was very kind and helpful, she gave me advice on what to say to landlord, but that's it. I ended up not hiring her due to the fact that things took sooooo long for responses. I had to kind of sort out the situation by telling my landlord I have video proof and can get a lawyer. Once they heard that, they let me terminate the lease with clean hands. She gave me pointers on what to say, but that's really it.
