A charming beast in the courtroom!

It’s the best way that I can describe Mr. Joshua Katz after my experience with his representation. My family court case was complicated. On the calendar for 4 years. Suffered through the Covid-19 shut down of the court system and continued into 2024 with no resolve in sight. I fired my previous counsel and hired Mr. Katz! His clear understanding of the judicial system and his ability to relate it to his clients’ “hurdle at hand” is remarkable. He is well versed in his craft and is bold about the persistence needed to advocate that for his clients. He did it for me. 4 months, 2 court appearances. Settled. Done!
I felt truly heard and seen with every interaction with Mr. Katz. He’s kind, relatable and charming… but a beast in the courtroom! It was his ability to push back and push back some more with the hard points that the judge may have been overlooking- that takes it home for me!!

Josh is a very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, dedicated and no-nonsense lawyer. Definitely do not recommend. I’ve been represented over a long period of time by this attorney, he seemed to be more interested in fighting for my spouse (at the time )rights than for his client which was me. He definitely didn’t have his best interest at heart in my case. At some point I had ask the judge to appoint a different lawyer, and I was able to get a better representation. And his breath STINKS
