It is challenging to reach someone in the office, and when phone calls are finally answered, there is often a noticeable negative attitude.

From the very first phone call to the dismissal of my case; I could see the years of experience Mr. Thiel displayed which helped me stay at ease. Mr. Thiel is not only an extremely knowledgeable attorney, but he is also kind and compassionate and the epitome of professionalism. Super disappointed in the service , trying to get a call from mark theil or his secretary is so disappointing . Couldn’t get not even a call back or schedule a consultation. I even went on the website and tried to set up and online consultation. No answer back from mark or his secretly .even though I heard great things about mark couldn’t f get a call back or appointment. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did .

Mark is absolutely a life saver. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for my case and for me as an individual. I’ve had an on going case for several years now and he has been fighting for me since day one. He goes above his duties as an attorney and is all around a genuine, kind hearted individual.
