I was in an auto accident in January. I immediately called Lawrence and Associates. Best decision ever!! They handled my case and ultimately settled in my favor. Pete Tripp and his entire team are the absolute best, I would definitely recommend Lawrence and Associates Law Firm to Anyone in need of an Attorney. They were on top of everything and kept me and my wife informed about my case every inch of the way, from their Great Communication to making sure I received every letter sent to me, whether it was an appointment reminder for a Doctor's appointment or Test all the way down to the paperwork I had to sign before they could issue me the settlement check. Without their help and expertise, this entire ordeal would have been a living nightmare. I Highly Recommend their entire team and would definitely refer them to anyone I know that is in need of an Awesome, Outstanding Attorney.

While I appreciate all the hard work that goes into something like this. I am very disappointed in the ability to contact my attorney or even get someone on the phone. Over the last three months I’ve placed more than four calls to your office in an attempt to reach my attorney. I did not receive a call back until I called and complained about my experience to what I believe was one of your paralegals. For us your clients there’s nothing worse than feeling Alone in the abandoned when you have so many questions, That is exactly how I feel. Don’t know if the disconnect is between your answering service, but my recommendation would be to change it immediately. I have other friends that are possibly going to pursue disability and due to my frustration with firms inability to return calls. I don’t know if I would recommend Lawrence and associates.

Lack of communication is unacceptable. 3 different associates have worked on my case and you get no update when the person you’re working with leaves the firm and someone else is taking over. Nobody calls back. If you’re working on my case you should keep the client in the loop. You want all this money but can’t do a simple task of communicating.
