This service is a complete rip-off. I thought that since the Legal Ease Access plan is part of a statewide benefits package that it would be a reputable and efficient service, however it is a complete waste of time. Their service is overly bureaucratic and it seems like all they do is push your claim from department to department. I can never reach my "representative" Jackie, and after more than six months of back and forth, they still haven't paid my lawyer. Do not purchase this service!

They do business via LegalEase Plans and is a complete rip-off they collect your premium when you ask for benefits they collude with lawyer to charge you directly in stead of they paying for the claim. Never return your calls when you call to complaint. Hyatt is 10000% better
