Attempted to use this company based on reviews. However, my documents signed by a California judge. They quoted $400 to $500 to review my documents and serve. It will take an undetermined time to serve and costs subject to increase. What the heck 😳 this business did not meet my needs. Too bad 👎

Hired this company for writing a demand letter, certification and delivery.
I wanted to send this letter right away but they were dragging their feet. I told them I don’t want their service and I wanted to get my money back since I didn’t get any service.
They refused to give my money back. So, I filled a claim with my bank three times. The owner told me since I filled a claim she won’t give me my money back.
I think it’s wrong to keep the money for the service her company didn’t provide.
Be aware, if you pay them and you wanted your money back, you will not get them!

I only went with this company because my usual process server PSI, Inc. seems to have gone out of business or is on a sabbatical.
The quotes I received were not consistent.
I ended up going with them b/c I needed my tenant served ASAP but the customer service is horrible.
I dealt with Josefina and her attitude is horrible.
When following up on a quote to file my complaint with the court, she interrupted me, would not let me speak and kept telling me that I am in queue? What does that mean when my work order has already been fulfilled?
This told me everything that I needed to know which is that she didn't know who the hell I was to begin with and was telling me anything just to get me off the phone. Never again.

Legal Process Service was amazing! I called in asking a few questions about pricing and time frames for a few documents and not only was the person I spoke with so helpful she even walked me through step by step on how to compete the forms online! They were so efficient with communicating with me during the whole process. Everything was electronically done and they responded and served my documents within a day! Pricing was very fair too! I will be coming back for everything they have to offer in the future because I had such a great experience!
