So far I have had a bad experience with this legal company. I hired them to do a business trademark in the UK. Their website really made it seem like they knew what they were doing for UK trademarks. I paid 1000$ USD for the application. It was immediately rejected by the UK courts on no grounds. However, it does appear that LegalForce did not really explain the trademark and logo in any detailed fashion in the application. So we paid over 1000$ USD for it to be rejected and then they asked for another 1000$ to argue the case as to why it should be allowed. However, many of our competitor's trademarks have been easily accepted by the UK courts and we shouldn't have to pay double the amount originally quoted for a simple trademark. For example there are dozens of other trademarks from our competitors that have been allowed in the UK and I really feel that with a proper initial application our trademark's would also have been gone.

Then we had a very short amount of time to respond and our whole application was denied while we were away on holidays. All in all a very bad experience with LegalForce so far. I will be updating this post based on how this process goes with them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They took several months before they actually filed my trademark and they only took care of this because I called the State Bar of Arizona. After I called the state bar then they decided to call me to tell me they were missing some information (they were sitting on my information for at least 6 months) and when I talked to Heather Sapp she realized she had all the info and there was nothing she was waiting for me. Now a year after I received an email saying that extra steps need to be done and I either pay $279 for them to file whatever is what they need to file or $400 for 30 minutes consultation. So either I pay for not sure what or I pay 3 times more to understand what I am paying for. This is ridiculous! I wish I would have known what kind of service and people they were before hiring them.
