From the moment I walked into Linda’s office, I knew I was in the right place. My mom was in the hospital and was unable to answer any questions regarding her wishes or her estate. I had absolutely no idea where to begin and did not know what my legal parameters were. Linda was knowledgable and patiently took the time to explain everything to me and would even follow up with a phone call or email. After my mother passed away, Linda again stepped in and helped me through the process of an estate sale and sale of the house. It’s been a year now and I still call Linda for help, advice, and questions. She is quick to return an email or phone call and whatever task has to be done, it’s done. I would recommend her for just about anything!

Linda Toga was wonderful to work with when updating my Aunt's Will and establishing Power of Attorney for me and my cousin She puts you at ease and is very prompt in responding to any form of communication. Coming to my elderly Aunt's home made the process so much easier. We never felt rushed or left in the dark. She answered all our questions, and carefully explained anything we were not sure of. Linda was hired by my mom to create her will. When my mom passed, we asked Linda to probate her will (which is typically a simple execution) and found ourselves confronted with a biased inquiry that required her deeper expertise. Linda had to produce documents and information (from years ago) to show that she serviced my mother properly and all items of the will were executed with utmost accuracy and professionalism. I was very upset and frustrated and Linda calmed me and ensured all my questions were answered. It took 8+ months to resolve but in the end, her attention to detail, recounting of the circumstances and actions taken years before (with my mom 1:1) were documented properly and presented professionally. This professionalism and expertise enabled the challenge/inquiry to be dropped. The judge and involved lawyers knew Linda's work was thorough and unchallengeable. It is a costly process but necessary one, and I would now recommend Linda Toga absolutely as related to advice, consultation and execution re: wills, estates, etc.

We bought and later sold a house and Linda helped both times. She was amazingly good and is highly recommended. When selling the house the situation was very difficult; we were caught overseas in an area under an extended lockdown.
