As a property owner/investor, I have used this firm on three separate occasions, (hurricane/windstorm claims ) and every time they exceeded my expectations by far!!!! Their attorneys are professional, extremely knowledgeable and yet with very good “bedside” manners. Ita was my pt of contact and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The firm worked with me to accomplish the best outcome on every one of the three cases. Sometimes it’s hard to understand how to navigate and legal language itself is pretty dense But they really made it easy. I would highly recommend!

Positives: 1. I won my case and got a decent payout.
Negatives: 1. Zero communication even after repeated requests.
2. The lawyer presented me with wild estimates of what I would get from the settlement, claiming this would be a slam dunk, in order to get me to sign the contract. When it came time for the mediation, my lawyer completely changed his tune and told me to take whatever I could because it was a weak case.
3. The lawyer did not work on my case. On the day of the mediation, approximately three years after the initial claim (not the lawyer's fault—that's just how long these things can take), my lawyer said he wished he had photos. I had sent him photos multiple times, months, and even years prior! Our conversation with the mediator made it evident that my lawyer had yet to do a cursory review before getting on the phone. He was totally unprepared.
Considering that the lawyer did not communicate over the years, was completely unprepared, and was worthless during the negotiations, he should have reduced his grossly overcompensated commission. He got paid for the one-hour-and-a-half meeting where I signed the initial contract and the 15 minutes of being on the phone at the mediation.
Just about any lawyer would have done the same, if not better, job.

This law firm is amazing. They took on a very hard commercial case for me, (3 other law firms rejected my case) due to the city and their workers messing up a commercial building that I own. My insurance company was playing games and of course the city contractors did not want to take responsibility. Jeffrey Donner Specifically, handled my file, sued the parties involved, took my case all the way! and secured a very large, six figure settlement in order for me to fix the building and stabilize the structure. Thank you so much!!! Their whole office and team were absolutely amazing! Totally recommend!
