My daughter's case was opened way longer than we were originally told it would be opened. There were multiple staff changes, which ended up being a fiasco. No one seemed to know what was going on in her case. That was up until we had Roosevelt take over her case. He was very great with communication and knew exactly what to do. I sincerely wish he had been on her case the whole time. His work was efficient and effective. Roosevelt was the one to put confidence back into the firm for me, otherwise I would have rated it much lower. If I could rate him alone, it would be 5 stars. However, the firm as a whole is what is rated here, and thus is a lower rating.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. The only energy I received was from the person who came to my house to encourage me to sign a contract— great salesperson. I was never encouraged or shown concern again. When I learned I was alone in this, I was unable to switch. It’s a matter of ethics in Texas. Plus, after signing to give them 33%— they’re entitled. I was referred to this firm by someone else who used them. I remember speaking with the assigned attorney once —an introductory, courtesy call. My subsequent calls were intercepted by office staff. I received terrible information and mediocre service, and then my case was passed off to some outside attorney. Choosing Loncar over other options— my biggest regret.

David LaRue was outstanding in his representation and he made sure that my best interests were always at the heart of his recommendations. His staff was equally wonderful! Gabriela, his legal assistant, and Shawn his paralegal, answered my questions always took my calls and never made me feel like I was a bother. I would highly recommend David LaRue and his team for any injury/accident representation. My car accident was definitely a frightening experience, but David and his staff made sure I was always at the forefront of anything they did, and if I needed something they made sure it was immediately provided. If I could give them a higher score I would! I hope to never need their services in the future, but it's nice to know they are on my side if I did.

When I contacted LL&J I really wasn’t sure what to expect because I had never been in an accident to where my car was totaled.

While the process was time consuming, my attorney was very communicative with me through the entire process. Every email and call was returned promptly, and all of questions were answered each time. Their active communication made the process far less stressful than I have heard these situations can be (my case was also settled in less than a year which I think is reasonable).

Note: I say time consuming on behalf of the other person’s insurance, they took weeks to answer the initial correspondence. Roosevelt, who had my case, was very persistent in contacting them on a number of occasions!

If I am ever in this situation again (I hope not to be), I would definitely call LL& J to handle my case. Thank you Roosvelt Carrasco & David LaRue for your hardwork and help!

I have only given 4 stars because in the beginning my case was not being handled well. The office went through many assistants. Then!!, I received a call from Roosevelt! He has been absolutely wonderful and my case has been handled efficiently ever since. Every bit of these stars are for Roosevelt!
