One word is apropos here; serenity. I got a 150,000 dollar lien out of the blue from the it’s one day. This is a scary experience for anyone. I checked the the companies I saw in tv and they were all the same, nice, but expensive. I also had a call with James grennen. He told a good story but with a personal touch and better value. He and I worked together for months. And 150 went to 10 and I wasn’t even eligible for the special irs forgiveness programs. He was tough, and fair and ethical.
