If I could give 0 I would. They don’t know what they’re doing. Always say they’ll call back and never do. Never know the answer to anything. Always have excuses and give you the run around. Extremely unprofessional. Gave them benefit of the doubt numerous times. Take your money and time to a law firm that actually cares about you. As a paralegal myself I know what is reasonable for communication but this law firm far surpasses neglect and don’t care about you.

You deal with different people all the time, supposedly paralegals, you dont really know who is working on your case they wont say who to follow up with. You are better informed about immigration news on your own rather than through them, typical rip off lawyers. Devastating experience.
