On December 5th I was involved in a really bad auto accident involving a large commercial vehicle that ran a stop sign!. I was injured during this accident and my vehicle I just purchased was totalled. I have never been through anything like this before so I was scared and confused about what to do so I reached out to Lowe Law group and Mr. Santiago Morales was assigned to my case. What I would like to say is that he really has helped me with this difficult time, he has always checked in with me just to ask me how I was feeling. And when he would need any information from me he made things very simple for me. I was very impressed with the swiftness.She handled my case.

Even in short delays, she stayed in contact with me and made sure.I was aware that things were still moving forward.I never had to call and ask what was happening.She always was in contact with me before.I had the need or urge to call.

Answer Any questions I had immediately make sure to ask me many times did I have any more questions.
She also was very concerned that I understood the answers and that I was comfortable with everything through the whole Process.
