The people who helped my family and I were courteous, communicative, and most of all very helpful. We had a very great experience with Maison Law and in the unfortunate event that you need a lawyer I would highly recommend them. This is my first time getting into a car accident and Maison Law has helped me understand how the process works and walked me through it so patiently ,they really put me at ease , answered every question I had, and everyone was so helpful .They respond to my inquiries right away, easy to reach, they arrange everything to my convenience which I think was hard to do during this times of Covid when everything was closed or resources were limited. In January of 2020 I got into a fender bender and was left dealing with a very unresponsive and frustrating insurance adjuster with Geico who was practically forcing me to accept $1000 to quickly close my claim. I was in a car accident and it was my first time getting a attorney. It was a learning experience. I learned so much about the process. Every person explained what their job was clearly. It was a good experience. Anytime I called the office they help answer any questions I had.
The only negative experience I had was when it was time for collecting bills. I had to call my Dr. Office to make sure they received the paperwork the law office needed. It was taking them week's to receive something that took me a day to confirm with my Dr. office. That week they received the paper needed to move into negotiation.

Due to some unforeseen complications with a 3rd party, the case was drawn out and became difficult to manage but the entire situation was taken seriously and handled professionally by Maison Law.
