Last month called for appt. Was told booked up but could file extension. For 3 days have been calling and was told they would get back with me. No calls went to off ice yesterday 4/12 said they would get back with me. ( no confidence they would based on no calls yet) advised them I would pick up paperwork. Today went to HSV and picked up paperwork from Randy. Not happy with him since he had paperwork since 3/19 and never called to say he couldn’t do anything. Now have until Monday to handle myself. Not very professional. Won’t go. Back to him.

Absolutely five stars. I had a complicated self employment tax issue, many issues. Sam resolved ALL of them with professionalism, consideration, and elaborated all the details I needed and answered all my questions. He’s the best tax person I have went to in 5 years. It's a comfortable setting and I can’t recommend this place enough for bookkeeping and taxes.

Highly recommend. We got amazing service and wasn't like most tax services. Felt like family by the time we left. It was worth going to and got a good deal for getting both mine and my fiance's taxes done. If you want your taxes done right and not dread it go to Malone's tax service.
