She's extremely responsive and escalates any concern I may have through the appropriate channels. This legal team was assigned to my husband and I for our first home purchase. Highly suggest finding another team to represent you. Matthew ignores emails sent to him by clients. We've had a time sensitive issue that we've been trying to contact our lawyer Matthew about. Unfortunately he does not reply to any emails sent. We've been waiting over two months for him to reply to any of the numerous emails sent. This legal firm will take your money then ignore any communication you attempt to make with them. Save your time, money and frustrations because this is not a team you can trust.

Great experience all around! Customer service A ++..Mr. Provenzano and his team walked me through every step of the way. They worked hard and fought for me regarding my case. I live out of state and they made themselves accessible at all times. They answered all of my concerns and gave prompt updates. I will definitely use their services again.
