The pool has been so amazing to have available. Now the pool upgrades are so impressive. The workout facilities and other amenities for the residents are so nice and we'll maintained, I am proud to have my family here!

Apartments are clean and beautiful! My in laws lived here and loved it! It is a very nice apartment complex. Location is convenient to Publix which was great for them. The office team took care of all of their need and made sure their maintenance issues were addressed promptly. We were sad to have to move them into a nursing home but are so lucky to have had a wonderful experience with the Maple Village team!

I can’t express enough satisfaction with my time at Maple Village so simple, Awesome!!
The office staff Johna and Taylor always greet you with a friendly smile and are quick to attend to any issues that arise.
The Maintenance Dude’s Tyler and Shawn handles any problems very promptly and efficiently and always offering a helping hand otherwise, not to mention the grounds are kept clean every day.
These are great apartments in a great area.
I have loved my time here and always recommend it to others.

i love these apartments, by far the best in Pell City! just moved in with my family a few months ago and it’s such a safe community. the pool has been going under construction for a little while now but it looks beautiful. the staff here is very friendly and maintenance is quick! if you have any problems they will be sure to fix it asap which i love.. overall great place and affordable for this day and age

Maple Village has outstanding customer service when it comes to the office manager and staff! The maintenance workers do such a wonderful job when it comes to fixing things and being there for us residents. The pool looks amazing and the new furniture, it’s definitely a plus. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone out there looking for a new place to call home! Such a positive uplifting environment with smiling staff members!

I’ve lived at Maple Village for well over a year now, they just recently got new management probably a few weeks ago, when I tell you she is phenomenal and really cares about the residents of this apartment complex, I mean it! She’s super helpful and listens to the needs of the residents! The maintenance men are also helpful and answer to the residents needs in a timely manner! Of course, these employees have lives outside of their jobs and still go above and beyond to make sure their residents are taken care of! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
