Be careful using them for tax grievance services. We spoke with them prior to sending our house information in and they stated “50% payment discount if paid within 30 days of final grievance”.

When they finally grieved the taxes (well over a year later), they didn’t want to accept the discounted payment as discussed and very poor with status communication. There are many other tax grievance companies to use that keep you informed and the customer service will be better.

Debbie M and the dedicated people who work for you the client and do whatever it takes to get your assement lowered if they feel you are being over taxed. We have won three times because we were advised as a past cast client to do so. I can remember like it was yesterday when I first walked into Mark Lewis tax grievance and the owner Mark L was listening as I asked the person at the front desk if we were entitled to a lower assessment and without even filling any paperwork out Mark asked me for my address and when I told him, Mark said YES you are definitely over assessed for our house size and location. Well that first year Mark Lewis Service had our assessment lowered 500 hundred dollars. For the past two times Debbie M has had it lowered twice in small claims court. You are not going to find a better Grievance Service. Thanks Deb and staff for lowering our assessment you are the best.

For first time buyers, the grievance process can be awkward and cumbersome. Due to the way the laws are written and the way towns disburse refunds, even after you win it can take a long time to actually see a reduction. With this being said, Mark Lewis recently went to court for us and got our taxes reduced by almost $3000 which is roughly a 20% reduction. Debbi and the team were always there to answer questions and to guide us through the process.

Can't wait to see a nice refund check in 3-6 months and for my taxes to go down in the next tax year!

Watch out for these characters! They will make false promises they can win the grievance and then you get a denial. AND them a few months later you get an massive increase in your taxes seeing the Town had to fight them to get the denial and in turn raises your taxes if at all possible shortly thereafter! It has happened! Be Aware! All kinds of promises and YOU will be left holding the bag of and increase in your taxes! Then the reps are rude to you after all their false promises!!! Losers!!!!

I had bad experience with this company. The supervisor Debbie is very rude. One employee made a mistake on my case, Debbie was not willing to admit the mistake and called us lying instead. First of all, she should never call her customer lying, that is simply not professional. Secondly, if her employee made a mistake, we deserve an apology and refund for the returned check. If Debbie represents the company, I would say there is a serious issue with the company culture. Customer should be their first priority, they should never be rude to their customer. I hope the owner of the company sees this complaint and educate his employees on how to treat their customers with respect and courtesy.
