I would like to share with the readers of this review the experience I have had with Mike Lactate and the Martin and Bonnett law firm in handling the case I was involved with. Mike was very good with contacting me about the case, walking me through the case and what I had to do to be included. After being accepted in the case the time in-between Mike kept in touch with me on how things where going and notified me immediately when the case had been settled. Everything about how it was handled was professional and very handled with great care. If you need a Law Firm for Payment disputes I highly recommend Martin & Bonnett and Mike Lactate.

Horrible service. I talked with their about 2 weeks ago with a guy whose name is Kendall.
He pretended like he was interested in my case but I had to call him back a week later to find out if the lawyers at this firm going to take the case (I have a letter from the EEOC saying that I have the "RIGHT TO SUIT")
He brushed me off over the phone, and basically told me they NEED MORE TIME!!!! ?
I had sent him many videos and documents tell him about the constant harassment from my former employer.
Even sent him a email on 11 cases of me being racial discrimination against.
He never returned my phone even after a SECOND, to be honest I don't even think he ever delivered my case to the attorneys.?

They were able to view and see things I had not considered and Dan is the absolute best !! His experience shines through! The law clerk or whom ever he is didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone and I was put on his schedule to talk to him again and he never called back. I have found a lawyer and I'm confident she will get the job done as she has been in constant contact with me. I know I have a case and energy attorney I explained it to know as well. Maybe actually stand up for the person who is getting mistreated isn't that your job. You left me feeling lost until I spoke b with the attorney that is representing me now. Get a new clerk because Parker isn't the one.

This firm is terrific and I highly recommend them. They are super smart, very well versed on complex areas of the law and quite clever and strategic on how they approach the twists and turns of negotiations and/or litigation. In dealing with clients, they are genuinely concerned with how the client is doing and communicate thoroughly and quickly. The attorneys and the staff were all approachable and down-to-earth.

We had a great outcome in our case, but even if we had not, I would have still been satisfied and quite pleased with this firm. If you are lucky enough that they can take your case, hire them!
